A dynamic character is Kattniss. She went through a big change in the story. She was very gentle in the beginning, but at the end she is very tough. She killed people in the middle, but in the begining she didn't want to kill anyone.
A static character would be Gale. Gale goes through little change in the story. He loves Kattniss and is very worried when Kattniss goes into the arena.
A round character in the story would be Peeta. We know alot about him. He is the bakers son. He has blonde hair, blue eyes, and is very strong from lifting bread at the bakery.
A flat character would be Rue. We know very little about her. She lived on a farm with lots of mockingjays and they worked all day long.
